Nourishment that makes a retreat feel whole.
Food is never just food at a retreat. It sets the tone, holds the energy, and gives participants something to gather around between sessions. When the meals are thoughtful, seasonal, and made with genuine care, the whole experience deepens. That's what I bring to every retreat kitchen I step into.

My approach
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and shaped by years cooking in San Francisco's Latin restaurant kitchens, including Gracias Madre and Fresca Peruvian, my food is rooted in cultural richness, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of warmth that makes people feel genuinely taken care of.
With over 10 years of experience as a private chef serving wellness retreats and private clients, I bring both the technical foundation and the intuitive understanding of what retreat guests actually need, food that restores, satisfies, and feels like an extension of the experience itself.
Every menu is designed around your retreat's intentions, your guests' dietary needs, and the rhythm of your program. I handle everything from menu planning to shopping to cooking to cleanup, so you can stay fully present with your participants.

What clients say
"Lindsey is my go-to chef for all my retreats on the West Coast. She goes above and beyond without even trying — it is simply innate in her personality. She loves food. She loves taking care of people through food. I never have to worry if something will get done — she works with confidence, from start to finish." — Diana May, Professional Yoga Teacher & Retreat Leader
